Distilled in the final year of a remarkable decade, the Casterède 1989 Vintage Bas Armagnac is a poised and expressive spirit, shaped by over 30 years of slow maturation in the cellars of Gascony’s oldest Armagnac house.

On the nose, expect warm aromas of poached pear, dried fig, orange zest and vanilla, underscored by hints of almond, clove, and aged oak.

The palate is smooth and structured, revealing layers of prune, soft spice, dark honey and a touch of liquorice, wrapped in a velvety texture. The finish is long, elegant and gently warming, with lasting impressions of toasted hazelnut, tobacco and fine rancio.
