A benchmark expression from Maison Casterède, this XO Bas Armagnac is a masterful blend of eaux-de-vie aged for a minimum of 20 years in traditional Gascon oak. Drawing from the house’s deep reserves and six generations of expertise, the XO offers a rich and refined introduction to the elegance of mature Bas-Armagnac.

On the nose, complex aromas of dried apricot, warm spice, toasted almond and antique leather emerge, layered with notes of vanilla, cedar and sweet tobacco. The palate is beautifully rounded and harmonious, with flavours of prune, orange peel, toffee and nutmeg unfolding in a silky, well-balanced structure.

The finish is smooth, lingering and sophisticated with gentle hints of cocoa, rancio and aged oak.
