One-of-a-Kind Fluted Raku Vase by Catherine Lucktaylor – Red Band with 24ct Gold Leaf
Selected with intention
This one-of-a-kind fluted raku vase has been handcrafted by celebrated ceramicist Catherine Lucktaylor, exclusively for Raison d’Être.
Using the ancient naked raku firing technique, the texture and smoky patterns of the vase creates a truly unique finish. A deep red band encircles the body and rises to the neck, creating a powerful contrast against the muted, textured raku finish.
A fine line of 24ct gold leaf follows the curve of the band - a luxurious detail that catches the light and accentuates the sculptural form.
Measuring approximately 29cm high by 14cm wide, this piece is entirely one-of-a-kind and will not be replicated - making it a rare collector’s item for those who appreciate contemporary craft.
