Created as a tribute to Louise Pommery, one of Champagne’s most visionary figures, the Cuvée Louise 2004 reflects the Maison's commitment to exceptional craftsmanship refinement. Produced only in the finest vintages, it is a prestige cuvée that embodies purity, delicacy, and elegance.
The 2004 vintage presents a pale golden hue with a stream of fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, it reveals layered aromas of white flowers, citrus zest, and orchard fruits, followed by hints of toasted brioche, almond, and chalky minerality. The palate is at once silky and precise - a perfect balance of Chardonnay’s finesse and Pinot Noir’s subtle structure, carried by a refined mousse and a lingering mineral finish.
With nearly a decade of cellar ageing before release, Cuvée Louise 2004 is a Champagne of exceptional poise and maturity, offering both immediate pleasure and remarkable ageing potential. Exquisite when paired with refined cuisine such as lobster, Dover sole, or delicate truffle dishes.
