Born of an excellent vintage, the Dom Perignon Rose 2004 embodies the maison’s bold vision - to transform the Pinot Noir grape into a rosé of profound intensity, refinement, and sensuality.
In the glass, the 2004 vintage displays a delicate coral-pink hues. Aromas of redcurrant, raspberry, and blood orange unfold with striking precision, evolving into layers of dried fig, cocoa, and warm spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied yet exquisitely balanced - the richness of Pinot Noir carries dark fruit and floral notes, while Chardonnay imparts minerality, freshness, and poise. The finish is long, silky, and captivatingly complex, revealing subtle hints of smoke and toast.
Produced in limited quantities and matured for over a decade in Dom Pérignon’s cellars, this is a rosé of remarkable depth and longevity. Pair with fine cuisine such as bluefin tuna, langoustine, or dishes with earthy undertones like wild mushroom risotto.
